Shipping information

All orders are processed within 1 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

UK Mainland Shipping

For orders placed before 12pm, goods will be shipped same day (subject to availability) *Note – Delivery of Polyboards can take up to 3 working days due to the fragile nature of the delivery*.
These will be shipped using DX or APC on a next working day delivery.

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with a local pickup at our warehouse in Staines. Please call us to confirm that you wish to collect.

Our in-store pickup hours are 9am – 5pm on Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to most countries.

If your country is not shown on the website then please call or email us to confirm we can ship to your destination.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. In-Motion is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
