The security of your personal and financial details is of paramount importance to us, and as such we use the strongest available security systems to protect your communication and orders with In-motion Limited.

It is always worthwhile doing this to check that the certificate hasn’t expired. You will see the padlock appear on this site when you start to enter your personal information (payment information, name, address etc).
Whilst it is our intention to keep our website up to date and error free, product description or pricing errors may occur. If we discover such an error after you have submitted an order to us, we will contact you prior to accepting your order with the correct details. You may then either cancel your order or re-confirm it based on the correct information. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat your order as cancelled.
All prices shown are excluding VAT at the current UK rate, this will be added to the transaction during the shopping cart stage of your order. All order are subject to £15.00 plus VAT delivery and packing charge, which again is shown at the shopping cart stage of your order. If you would like to collect your order, please contact our team and we can process your order without this delivery charge.
Some postal addresses in Northern Ireland, some offshore islands and some remote areas of Great Britain may not be covered by our delivery services and we may not be able to arrange delivery of some items to such addresses. You will be notified of this when you place your order.
Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods on the day we specify, we cannot guarantee delivery on that day or accept liability for deliveries made outside this timescale. This also applies to products sent direct from our manufacturers. We cannot accept liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries.
All items are subject to stock availability. When we deliver your items to you, you may be asked to sign for the goods to acknowledge that you have received them.
Please note that if you wish to return goods under our Approval guarantee, you have 7 days from receipt of the goods to inform us of your decision to cancel your order. For further information on returns and exceptions, please see the Returns section.
If an item is faulty please contact us and we will arrange an appropriate remedy.
International orders are accepted, but we would need to discuss shipping methods and services before your order can be confirmed and accepted by In-motion Limited.
By completing your order on-line, you have made a commitment to purchase the goods at the prices and terms offered by In-motion Limited, you have done this by agreeing to the Terms and Conditions previously when registering with In-motion Limited.

Upon receipt of your offer to In-motion to purchase the items, In-motion may take payment in full against the payment details provided by you, but until your offer is accepted, this will not be confirmed as an official order by In-motion Limited. Taking payment does not indicate automatic acceptance of your order.
Should your order not be accepted, a member of the In-motion Limited sales team will contact you to inform you of the reasons why your order cannot be confirmed. If any payments have been taken by In-motion Limited, then a full refund will be offered back immediately to the same payment details.
Once your order is confirmed and accepted, this forms a contract with In-motion Limited and a member of In-motion sales team will confirm your order and confirm the total amount of your order including local taxes and delivery costs.
Upon receipt of your order, In-motion Limited provide you with a ‘FULL PEACE OF MIND 7 DAY RETURNS POLICY’, where you can change your mind and inform In-motion of your intention to return the goods for full credit. If you would like to return the goods to In-motion Limited for full credit within this 7 day period, then all delivery charges to return to In-motion Limited are covered by sender.
In-motion will provide you with a returns number, that would need to be shown on the paperwork or/and packaging, and we ask that you return in the original packaging where possible.
Upon the receipt of the goods back to In-motion Limited, a full refund of the goods will be repaid to the original card/payment method.
In-motion Limited make every effort for your shopping experience with us as easy and hassle free as possible, we are happy to discuss your offers and orders fully before the goods are shipped to try to make your purchase as smooth as possible. Monday – Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm (5.00pm Friday).
