What happens next?

Once the request has been made you will be emailed a confirmation shortly afterwards.  When you have received the confirmation, you can either bring the items to our service centre located in TW18 or contact us for a collection request. Please ensure that your item is appropriately packaged before shipment and the service number is clearly visible on the packaging. 

By returning your item for repair, you agree to our standard terms and conditions. Please note that for any chargeable repairs will have an hourly charge of £75 plus VAT. If you wish to not proceed, then a inspection fee of £75 plus VAT (1 hour) will be applicable.  However, if your product is within the warranty conditions, then no charges will apply. For all warranty requests, please upload a PROOF OF PURCHASE along with the item; otherwise, you may be charged for the repair.
